太极拳,是我们中华民族宝贵的文化遗产,是融哲理、医理、拳理于一体的医疗保健运动。它的动作舒展圆活,轻灵沉着,速度均匀,连绵不断,并且结合“气宜鼓荡”,“以心行气”,“以气运身”的意识活动与呼吸运动,把肌肉运动与呼吸以及意念的调整有机地结合起来,从而对人体的生理心理机能以及防治某些疾病,防衰抗老都有着显著效果。下面将近几年国内有关太极拳与能量消耗的研究进行综述分析,以便加深对太极拳运动的认识。
Tai Chi, is our precious cultural heritage of the Chinese nation, is a blend of philosophy, medical treatment, boxing in one of the health care movement. Its movements stretch round, light and calm, speed uniform, continuous, and combined with “Qi Yi Gudang”, “heart and mind”, “Qi Yun Shen” awareness and breathing exercise, the muscle movement and Breathing and the adjustment of ideas organically combined, which has a significant effect on the body’s physiological and psychological function and prevention and treatment of certain diseases, anti-aging and anti-aging. In the following several years, the domestic research on Taijiquan and energy consumption will be reviewed and analyzed in order to deepen the understanding of Taijiquan.
