在排除缺铁性贫血的情况下，血液ＺＰＰ值可作为铅中毒的诊断指标之一。对７１７名未接触铅的健康成人做血液ＺＰＰ值测定，结果其９９％上限值为１．５９５μｍｏｌ／Ｌ（７．１２μｇ／ｇＨｂ）。考虑到地区的差异性和标准的统一性，我们推荐深圳市区ＺＰＰ参考值上限定为１．５７μｍｏｌ／Ｌ（７．０μｇ／ｇＨｂ）。
In excluding iron deficiency anemia, the blood ZPP value can be used as a diagnostic indicator of lead poisoning. Blood ZPP values were measured in 717 healthy adults without exposure to lead, with a 99% upper limit of 1.595 μmol / L (7.12 μg / g Hb). Taking into account the regional differences and the standard of unity, we recommend that the upper limit of ZPP reference value in Shenzhen should be 1.57μmol / L (7.0μg / gHb).
