新疆维吾尔族自治区位于祖国西部边陲,是一个多民族聚居区,由于独特地理位置以及社会、历史等多方面原因,使新疆在经济、文化、体育等方面与内地省市有着很大差距。新疆乌鲁木齐高校武术内容与方法中存在着内容陈旧繁多,教学方法单一,学生学习积极性不高,毕业后很难开展正常的武术教学工作,针对这些问题,本文提出了改变教学内容、改革教学方法,以适应现代社会对武术教学的新要求。
Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region is located in the western border of the motherland. It is a multi-ethnic neighborhood. Due to its unique geographical location and social, historical and other reasons, Xinjiang has a large disparity in economy, culture and sports with the mainland provinces and municipalities.
