团的十七届六中全会对从严治团作出了全面部署,提出要真正把共青团建设得更加充满活力、更加坚强有力。履行庄严承诺、破解发展难题、实现奋斗目标,前提是要有从严的态度,核心是要完成好治团的任务,关键是要用好工作考核这把金钥匙。能不能从严治团、提升活力,关键要看能不能从严考核,压实考核责任;更要看能不能创新考核,放大考核功能。
The 6th Plenary Session of the 17th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China made a comprehensive plan for the strict administration of the Communist Party of China and proposed that the Communist Youth League should be truly rejuvenated and even stronger. Fulfilling its solemn promise, cracking down on development difficulties and achieving its goal, the premise is that we must adopt a strict attitude and the core is to accomplish the mission of the CYL. The key is to make good use of the work to evaluate the golden key. Can not strictly control the corps, to enhance vitality, the key depends on whether it can be strictly tested nuclear, compaction assessment responsibility; but also to see whether innovation assessment, enlarge assessment function.
