日照水库位于山东省日照市城西16公里处,于1959年建成,总库容2.72亿立方米,兴利库容1.82亿立方米,控制流域面积548平方公里。水库管理处现有职工200人,其中技术管理人员20人。投入运用30多年中,在防洪、灌溉等方面发挥了显著作用。水库管理处多次受到水利部、省水利厅、日照市政府的表彰。但是,随着改革开放的深入和市场经济的发展,以及工程的老化和观念的陈旧,管理处的不少管理单位早已开始亏损,
Rizhao Reservoir is located in Rizhao City, Shandong Province, 16 kilometers west of the city, built in 1959, with a total storage capacity of 272 million cubic meters, Xing storage capacity of 182 million cubic meters, control basin area of 548 square kilometers.
