目的研究异亚丙基莽草酸(ISA)对大脑中动脉缺血再灌注大鼠的神经症状评分、脑梗死范围、脑组织含水量及髓过氧化物酶(MPO)活性的影响。方法栓线法建立大鼠大脑中动脉缺血再灌注模型,缺血3h、再灌注3h和再灌注21h进行神经症状评分,再灌注21h测定脑梗死范围(TTC染色法)、脑组织含水量及MPO的活性。结果ISA200、100mg/kg可明显降低模型大鼠的神经症状评分(P<0.05或0.01)、脑梗死范围、脑组织含水量及MPO活性(P<0.05)。结论ISA对局灶性脑缺血具有一定的保护作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of isopropylidene oxalate (ISA) on neurological symptom score, cerebral infarct size, brain tissue water content and myeloperoxidase (MPO) activity in middle cerebral artery occlusion and reperfusion rats. Methods The rat middle cerebral artery ischemic reperfusion model was established by thrombus method. The neurological symptoms were scored by ischemia for 3h, reperfusion for 3h and reperfusion for 21h. The cerebral infarction area (TTC staining method) and brain tissue water content were determined after reperfusion for 21h. MPO activity. Results ISA200 and 100mg/kg significantly reduced neurological symptoms scores (P<0.05 or 0.01), cerebral infarct size, brain tissue water content and MPO activity (P<0.05). Conclusion ISA has a protective effect on focal cerebral ischemia.
