继《财力分配问题初探》(以下简称《初探》)之后,宁学平同志已为读者奉献出第二本论文集《财政经济理论与实践》(吉林人民出版社1989年版,以下简称《文集》)。该书内容新颖丰富,比之《初探》,又有另一番境界。它不仅在《初探》已耕耘过的园地又有新的收获,而且开拓了新的研究领域,集中展现了作者近几年勤奋探索的丰硕成果,读后受益颇多。
Following the “Preliminary Study on the Distribution of Financial Resources” (hereinafter referred to as “the first exploration”), Comrade Ning has given his readers a second collection of “Financial Economics Theory and Practice” (Jilin People's Publishing House 1989 edition, hereinafter referred to as “Anthology” ). The book is rich in content than the “first exploration”, there are other realms. Not only did it make new repercussions in the “pioneering” cultivated fields, but also opened up new fields of research and focused on the author's fruitful explorations in recent years.
