新课程改革的深入实施和素质教育的不断推进给学校工作带来了活力和挑战。在新旧理念的碰撞交锋中,教师的专业成长呈现出固步自封、力不从心等现象,成长进程缓慢,影响了素质教育的推进。近年来,我校以“营造书香校园”为突破口,着力打造古诗文诵读特色品牌,走出了一条以特色建设为媒介助推教师专业成长,促进学校内涵发展的改革之路。在新教育怀抱中研发特色课程在新教育实验“营造书香校园”行动中我们瞄准了教材上的古诗,围绕古诗文进行
