2014年6月3日16时58分,重庆市能源投资集团南桐矿业公司砚石台煤矿(以下简称砚石台煤矿)发生重大瓦斯爆炸事故,造成22人死亡、7人受伤,直接经济损失1654.59万元。一、事故经过(一)事故发生经过2014年6月3日14时,事故当班全矿185人入井,其中事故工作面29人。16时58分,发生瓦斯爆炸事故,机巷皮带司机杨毓清和风巷瓦斯检查工陈兴发分别立即向矿调度室报告,矿调度室立即向矿领导和重庆南桐矿业有限责任公司报告,并组织井下156人安全出井。
