在当前“三农”问题备受关注的情况下,在传媒界尤其是在报业传媒体系中,有一种现象很值得深思:即一度作为各省报业主流的省级农民报大都处境艰难。据中华全国农民报协会统计,全国的省级农民报目前有17家,他们一般是当地省委机关报的子报。这些省级农民报无一例外地面临着发展中的困惑,具体表现在发行难、创收难上,发行量超过10万份的屈指可数,广告收入在200万元以上的也寥寥无几。
