对于快速发展的今天来说,企业面临的一个重要问题就是如何让企业焕发活力,增强员工工作动力,这需要企业积极开展劳动竞赛,并依照它的特点,在准确定位劳动竞赛的形式后,在其基础上进行一定创新,努力得到领导赞同,建立健全劳动竞赛机制,在确定内容后要加大宣传竞赛的力度,使信息及时准确的传达给每位员工,从而增强员工学习能力。同时注重竞赛过程管理项目,及时对优秀员工做表彰,并整理总结以往经验。本文以创新劳动竞赛为例,浅谈劳动竞赛的创新要点。
