当前,国内经济持续下行,给企业的生产带来了极大的影响,如何从提高认识、发挥职能、创新思维、突出重点方面充分发挥基层工会在企业安全文化中的作用,确保企业在严峻市场形势下保持稳健发展势头,本文对此进行了一些探索与实践。
