晋南盆地以生产棉麦为主,由于棉麦生产比较效益相对较低,农民对国家贡献大而收益小的问题长期得不到解决。襄汾县赵康镇晋城村从当地自然生态特点、生产条件的实际情况出发,适应商品经济需求,积极改革种植制度,走出了一条粮、棉、菜产量和效益同步增长的新路子,为以种植业为主的纯农区农民科技兴农和以农致富提供了范例。本文是作者参加省委农村工作队期间的调查报告,欢迎全省各地的农村工作队员为本刊撰写这样的文章。
The production of cotton and wheat in Jinnan Basin is the dominant one. Since the comparative benefits of cotton and wheat production are relatively low, the problem of farmers’ small-income contribution to the country has not been solved for a long time. Jincheng Village, Zhaokang Town, Xiangfen County, starting from the actual conditions of the local natural ecological conditions and production conditions and adapting to the demand of commodity economy, actively reform the planting system and embarked on a new path of simultaneous growth of output and benefits of grain, cotton and vegetables.
