多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)多用克罗米芬(CC)诱发排卵,一些作者报道的排卵率为76%,而妊娠率为33%,hMG为其主要的替代治疗药物,其排卵率约79～95%,妊娠率为28%,而自然流产率,多胎妊娠和过度刺激的发生率相当高,并发症的出现与hMG中含有LH有关。本文对用纯FSH治疗PCOS的临床效果与hMG对比。观察49例PCOS妇女均有典型的症状体征,曾接受过CC治疗,最大剂量为200mg/日×5天,至少三个周期无排卵,随机接受FSH和hMG治
