病史摘要例1,20岁,1936年12月开始阴道不规则出血,于1987年5月诊断子宫颈肿瘤收住入院。体检:一般情况尚可,T36.8℃,Bp120/80mmHg,体重50kg,血红蛋白8g,白细胞4600,胸片心肺正常,肝肾功能正常,B 超肝胆胰正常,体表无转移肿大淋巴结。妇科检查阴道壁正常,宫颈口有葡萄状肿瘤组织,局部水肿,肿瘤伴有感染,出血和坏死,子宫、附件正常。在硬膜外麻醉下作子宫全切除及部分阴道切除,术后2周出院,病理报告为子宫颈胚胎性横纹肌肉瘤。术后
