关于教师发展的话题,各种文献资料和媒体已经介绍得很多了。什么样的教师才是优秀的教师?评价的标准很多,有德、勤、能、绩各方面的要求,笔者不打算逐一列举和讨论。但是,关于优秀教师的评价标准和发展目标,目前社会上却流传着不同的版本,新中国建国以来很长一段时间是“水桶说”:教师要交给学生一杯水,自己需要有一桶水;最近两年来,出现了“水井说”:为了给学生提供源源不断的活水,教师必须乐此不疲地成为“打机井”的教师。
