我国第一次非饱和土理论与实践学术研讨会于1992年3月18日—22日在北京召开,会议由中国土木工程学会土力学及基础工程学会主持,到会代表有卢肇钧、周镜等75人。这次研讨会交流了有关非饱和土理论研究方面的一些最新成果,总结在黄土、膨胀土地区进行工程设计、施工的经验,并介绍国外在非饱和土方面提出的一些理论观点和试验、计算方法。会议开幕后,首先由周镜理事长致开幕词,随后进行专题报告,它们是:
The first China Symposium on the Theory and Practice of Unsaturated Soils was held in Beijing from March 18 to March 22, 1992.
