国家进出口商品检验局宣布,中国将严格执行符合国际规范的服装安全标准。作为中国在欧洲的主要贸易伙伴—德国,于今年7月开始禁止进口不符合安全规范的日用品,这些商品包括采用可能致癌的染料染包的服装、床上用品和假发。中国将发布有关商检规定禁止国内纺织厂商使用118种有害染料。调查表明,这118种染料中有104种目前仍在京津沪等11个地区使用。国家商检局认为新的商检规定将使中国向欧洲出口纺织品继续保持增长势头。欧盟目前是中国第四大纺织品
The National Import and Export Commodity Inspection Bureau announced that China will strictly enforce apparel safety standards that meet international norms. As China’s main trading partner in Europe, Germany, began to ban the import of daily necessities that did not meet safety regulations in July this year. These products include clothing, bedding and wigs that are dyed with a potentially carcinogenic dye. China will issue regulations on inspections to prohibit domestic textile manufacturers from using 118 kinds of harmful dyes. The survey shows that 104 of the 118 dyes are still in use in 11 regions including Beijing, Tianjin and Shanghai. The State Administration of Commodity Inspection believes that the new inspection regulations will enable China to maintain its growth momentum in exporting textiles to Europe.
