覆土地栽香菇技术是我县科技人员和广大菇农聪明智慧和辛勤劳动的结晶,是我国香菇栽培五大模式之一。1996年省农业厅、省科委立项以来,我县累计有63个乡镇,共覆土地栽香菇16151.68万袋,产鲜菇121137.6吨,产值64606.72万元,在10省(市)128个县(市、区)推广13亿袋。其优点一是管理方便,省工、省本、高产、优质、高效;二是不受季节限制,能周年生产、均衡鲜菇供市;三是不受海拔限制,使夏菇能在低海拔地区正常出菇;四是人、财、物得到充令利用;五是适时生产,相互促进;六是根据市场需求,应变能力强
