Chongqing Jiangjin Electric Machinery Co., Ltd. persistently carried out QC group activities, no matter how the market changes, and maintained no losses for ten years, showing the charisma of QC group activities. Jiangjin Electric Machinery Factory is a collective mechanical processing industry with only 200 people. It mainly produces small asynchronous motors, single-phase micro-pumps and domestic blowers. Starting from 1981, QC group activities were started. At that time, an on-site QC team developed into a QC team with both on-site and offensive type and management type. In the past ten years, a total of 31 QC results have been achieved, and nine outstanding QC teams in Jiangjin City have been awarded.
