校企合作、工学结合的形式有多种多样,其中校内生产性实训基地是最有效的一种。文章分析了三种校企合作模式,提出了保障校企合作良性发展的机制,重点介绍了益阳职业技术学院在“引厂入校”建设的实践和成效。
School-enterprise cooperation, there are a variety of forms of work-study integration, including production training base in the school is the most effective kind. The paper analyzes three modes of school-enterprise cooperation, puts forward a mechanism to ensure the healthy development of school-enterprise cooperation, and mainly introduces the practice and effectiveness of Yiyang Vocational and Technical College in “introducing factory into school ”.
