二十一世纪是一个以网络信息和知识创新为资源,并以其流通为中心及东方文化迅速发展的时代。知识的激增、社会节奏的加快、对精神世界和物质世界相协调的社会期待及国家可持续发展战略的贯彻等等。所有这些外在的社会背景在客观上都要求对当代大学生进行素质教育。而伴随着高校教育改革不断深入发展应运而生的艺术设计专业,在激烈的社会竞争中,学生的素质高低倍受众人关注,提高其素质是时代发展的需要。
The 21st century is an era characterized by the network information and knowledge innovation as the center and its circulation as the center and the rapid development of oriental culture.
