中药骨碎补中分离的多糖酸盐具有明显地抑制血清胆固醇升高作用,并能减少家兔实验性动脉粥样硬化斑块的形成。为了研究其作用机理,我们观察了该成分对动物肝、肾上腺细胞超微结构的影响。实验方法如下:取32只健康家兔,除8只为对照组外,其余家兔先用胆固醇造型5周。当实验性高胆固醇血症造成时,给药组家兔(16只)每只每天将50mg/kg体重剂量的骨碎补多糖酸盐
Polysaccharides isolated from Rhizoma Drynariae can significantly inhibit the elevation of serum cholesterol and reduce the formation of experimental atherosclerotic plaques in rabbits. In order to study its mechanism of action, we observed the effect of this ingredient on the ultrastructure of liver and adrenal cells in animals. The experimental method was as follows: 32 healthy rabbits were selected, except 8 rabbits as the control group, and the other rabbits were first modeled with cholesterol for 5 weeks. When the experimental hypercholesterolemia caused, the rabbits in the administration group (16) each received a 50 mg/kg body weight dose of Aggravate polysaccharide per day.
