从现状来看,国有文化企业存在政企不分离、布局结构不合理、遗留问题多、运营风险大等诸多问题,因此,采取积极、有效的措施深化改革,及时处理国有文化企业存在问题,促进企业的长效、可持续发展,便也显得尤为重要。文章就以我国的电影文化企业为研究方向,遵循“依法治企”的原则,从建立现代企业管理制度、完善内部管理机制、建立健全治理结构,调整集团-子公司产权关系、完善薪酬及绩效考核体系、优化企业集团管控模式为角度,探讨国有文化企业深化改革的措施,以供参考。
