对枸杞叶中提取的黄酮类化合物用 Ｈ Ｐ Ｌ Ｃ 法进行分析鉴定。发现９ 个组分。在产生氧自由基的 Ｆｅｎｔｏｎ 体系和 Ｘａｎ／ Ｘ Ｏ 体系中，枸杞总黄酮在终浓度为７５ ～２００ｍｇ／ Ｌ时，对· Ｏ Ｈ 的清除率为２０ ％ ～７２ ％ ；在 Ｘａｎ／ Ｘ Ｏ 体系中，浓度为０ ～２１７ｍｇ／ Ｌ 时， Ｏ－２· 清除率为０ ％ ～５１ ％ 。均存在剂量效应关系。
Flavonoids extracted from the leaves of Lycium barbarum L. were analyzed and identified by HPLC method. Nine components were found. In the Fenton system and the Xan / X O system, the total flavonoids of Lycium barbarum were 20% -72% clear of O · H when the final concentration was 75 ~ 200 mg / L. In Xan / X O system, O-2 · scavenging rate was 0% ~ 51% at the concentration of 0 ~ 217mg / L. There are dose-effect relationships.
