对枸杞叶中提取的黄酮类化合物用 H P L C 法进行分析鉴定。发现9 个组分。在产生氧自由基的 Fenton 体系和 Xan/ X O 体系中,枸杞总黄酮在终浓度为75 ~200mg/ L时,对· O H 的清除率为20 % ~72 % ;在 Xan/ X O 体系中,浓度为0 ~217mg/ L 时, O-2· 清除率为0 % ~51 % 。均存在剂量效应关系。
Flavonoids extracted from the leaves of Lycium barbarum L. were analyzed and identified by HPLC method. Nine components were found. In the Fenton system and the Xan / X O system, the total flavonoids of Lycium barbarum were 20% -72% clear of O · H when the final concentration was 75 ~ 200 mg / L. In Xan / X O system, O-2 · scavenging rate was 0% ~ 51% at the concentration of 0 ~ 217mg / L. There are dose-effect relationships.
