本文采用大量文文分析法、实例分析法,分析了海洋钢结构的常见裂纹产生原因,分析了常见裂纹形式在海洋钢结构的预防措施,并以某公司海洋钢结构项目为例,详细分析了冷裂纹产生的原因,并根据原因制定出合理的预防方案,得出加强焊接管理,采取有效的预防措施可有效减少海洋钢结构产生裂纹概率的结论。
In this paper, a large number of literary analysis method and case analysis method are used to analyze the causes of common cracks in marine steel structures. The preventive measures of common crack forms in marine steel structures are analyzed. Taking a marine steel structure project of a certain company as an example, The reason of the cold crack and the reasonable prevention plan are worked out according to the reason, and the conclusion that strengthening the welding management and taking effective preventive measures can effectively reduce the probability of cracking in marine steel structure can be drawn.
