在全国各种各样大型舞蹈比赛中,辽宁舞蹈团耀眼夺目,特别是新出炉的舞蹈、舞剧竞相展现,大放异彩。而其中起着决定性作用的便是舞蹈编导,它与各个不同行业的性质是存在差异的。总的来说,在各种艺术类中,编导与导演扮演着两种截然不同的角色,他们各自有各自所负责的范围。编剧的任务就是只管把剧本写好,写出色,导演的任务便是导戏,舞蹈编导则是集编剧、编舞、导演于一身的完全不同的一种职业。从观察身后获得细微变化到创作作品的全部过程,都是由编导完成的。因此,这就要求舞蹈编导要有较高的心理素质、文化素质和身体素质。要想承担这一繁重的职业,必须身心兼容着丰富的知识与技能。
