建设一支具有良好政治业务素质,结构合理,相对稳定的会计队伍,是一个地区经济改革和发展的根本大计因此,应该把会计队伍建设作为经济建设工作的重中之重来抓。目前会计队伍现状还不完全适应经济建设的需要。存在着会计的地位和待遇不高,会计队伍结构不合理,骨干会计不足,会计研究工作薄弱等问题。有鉴于此,要加强会计队伍建设。如何在新形式下提高会计队伍整体素质面临着挑战。
Therefore, building an accounting team with sound political quality, reasonable structure and relatively stability is a fundamental plan for economic reform and development in a region. Therefore, construction of the accounting team should be the most important task in economic construction. The current status of accounting team is not yet fully adapted to the needs of economic construction. The existence of accounting status and treatment is not high, the accounting team structure is irrational, lack of backbone accounting, accounting research is weak and so on. In view of this, we must strengthen the accounting team building. How to improve the overall quality of accounting team in the new situation is facing challenges.
