目的 探讨活血生骨汤在中老年激素性股骨头坏死患者中的临床效果.方法 选择收治的中老年激素性股骨头坏死患者94例作为对象,随机分为对照组和和观察组.对照组给予健骨生丸治疗,观察组给予活血生骨汤治疗,3个月治疗后对患者效果进行评估,比较两组临床效果.结果 观察组治疗后3个月疼痛、步态、功能性活动、下肢畸形、运动范围及髋关节Harris总评分,均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后3个月全血黏度高切、全血黏度低切及血浆黏度水平,均低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 将活血生骨汤用于中老年激素性股骨头坏死患者中能改善患者关节功能,有助于改善患者血液流变学水平,值得推广应用.
