目的 探讨社区护理对妊娠期糖尿病患者的临床疗效及对妊娠结局的影响.方法 选取淮滨县人民医院2015年6月～2017年6月妇产科门诊就诊的76例妊娠期糖尿病患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组按常规进行医嘱护理及定期产检,观察组在常规治疗基础上针对医院和社区进行社区护理模式.观察两组空腹血糖、三餐后2小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白及妊高症、巨大儿、剖腹产、早产儿、新生儿窒息发生例数,并比较两组差异性.结果 观察组空腹血糖、三餐后2小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白及妊高症、巨大儿、剖腹产、早产儿、新生儿窒息发生例数均明显低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 对妊娠期糖尿病患者实施社区护理模式,能够降低妊娠期糖尿病患者相关指标,减少妊高症,巨大儿及新生儿低血糖症的发生率.
