做好绩效考核工作,是实现基本公共卫生服务逐步均等化的关键环节;不断改革完善考核办法,是确保实现基本公共卫生服务取得实效的重要机制。各级财政、卫生部门要通过考核及正常考核机制的建立,进一步将基本公共卫生服务落到实处,让城乡居民真正得到更多的实惠。
Doing a good job in performance appraisal is the key to achieving gradual equalization of basic public health services. Continuously reforming and perfecting the assessment methods is an important mechanism for ensuring the realization of basic public health services. The financial and health departments at all levels should further implement the basic public health services through the establishment of an assessment and normal assessment mechanism so that urban and rural residents can get more real benefits.
