为观察慢性肾衰维持性血透患者骨密度改变 ,采用DEXA方法测定 195例维持性血透患者桡骨远端 1/ 3点骨密度 (BMD) ,同时检测其血清中段甲状旁腺素 (M -PTH) ,碱性磷酸酶 (ALP)。结果显示血透患者骨密度低于相应年龄性别对照组 ,并随透析期间延长而更显突出。血透患者骨密度与PTH ,ALP呈逆向改变关系。说明慢性肾衰血透患者存在骨量丢失 ,血透治疗似未能有效阻止其过程。骨密度测定对肾性骨病防治具有临床应用价值
To observe the change of bone mineral density (BMD) in patients with chronic hemodialysis, the bone mineral density (BMD) in distal radius of 195 patients with maintenance hemodialysis was measured by DEXA and the levels of parathyroid hormone (M - PTH), alkaline phosphatase (ALP). The results showed that the BMD of hemodialysis patients was lower than that of corresponding age and gender control group, and more prominent with the extension of dialysis. Hemodialysis patients with bone mineral density and PTH, ALP showed a reverse relationship. Explain the existence of bone loss in patients with chronic renal failure, hemodialysis treatment failed to effectively prevent the process. Determination of bone mineral density in the prevention and treatment of renal osteopathy has clinical value
