采用氧化焙烧的方式对废弃的菱锰矿中微量钴进行了提取工艺条件的研究.实验考查了焙烧温度、焙烧时间、浸取温度和浸取剂的浓度等对钴浸出率的影响。结果表明:焙烧温度为900℃时,焙烧停留时间为1h,硫酸浸取剂为300~400g/l,浸取温度为90℃,浸取时间为1h,固液比为1∶5,钴的浸出率达到85%以上,铁的浸出率为40%以上,锰的浸出率为30%,达到了初步分离富集的目的。实验结果表明:当焙烧温度在700℃时,钴的浸出率达到了最低,焙烧曲线呈现“S”形状,很可能生成了CoFe_2O_4。实验结果还表明:当焙烧温度为700℃和900℃时,浸取剂采用300g/l H_2SO_4+47g/l HNO_3混酸处理时、钴的浸出率没有显著的提高。
The conditions for the extraction of trace amounts of cobalt in abandoned rhodochrosite were studied by means of oxidation roasting.The effects of calcination temperature, calcination time, leaching temperature and the concentration of leaching agent on the leaching rate of cobalt were investigated experimentally. The results show that the calcination temperature is 900 ℃, the residence time is 1h, the sulfuric acid leaching agent is 300 ~ 400g / l, the leaching temperature is 90 ℃, the leaching time is 1h, the solid - liquid ratio is 1: 5, Leaching rate of more than 85%, iron leaching rate of 40% or more, manganese leaching rate of 30%, reached the initial separation and enrichment purposes. The experimental results show that when the calcination temperature is 700 ℃, the cobalt leaching rate reaches the lowest, and the calcination curve shows “S” shape, and CoFe_2O_4 is probably formed. The experimental results also show that when the calcination temperature is 700 ℃ and 900 ℃, the leaching rate of 300g / l H_2SO_4 + 47g / l HNO_3 mixed acid, cobalt leaching rate did not increase significantly.
