内标法用于 ICP-AES 亚微量样品的多元素分析,不必进行准确称量和准确稀释体积,使分析简便准确。本文采用以甲基橙为内标,吡啶-巴比妥酸分光光度法测定地表水中的氰化物含量,具体做法是在样品和标准系列中均加入一定量的内标,以氰化物反应产物在580nm 处的吸光度与甲基橙在440nm 处的吸光度之比为纵坐标,氰化物的绝对量(μg)为横坐标绘制标准曲线进行定量分析测定。采用内标法可以根据样品浓度任意稀释体积,使吸光度(A_(580))在0.4左右,减小吸光度读数误差,简化分析手续,提高测定的准确度。
