本文对本所开发的几种ZSM-5分子筛催化剂进行了电镜考察和对比。结果表明,我所开发的ZSM-5分子筛按其形貌和颗粒大小分布实际上有三种,它们的平均晶粒大小及其分布和形貌各不相同。这些结果与原先在催化活性评选、吸附性能和X射线衍射所得到的结论基本一致。
In this paper, several ZSM-5 molecular sieve catalysts developed by our institute were examined by electron microscope and compared with each other. The results show that there are actually three kinds of ZSM-5 molecular sieves developed by their morphology and particle size distribution, and their average grain size and their distribution and morphology are different. These results are basically the same as the results obtained from the selection of catalytic activity, adsorption performance and X-ray diffraction.
