一、训练结构 训练的结构是由哪些因素组成的呢?在一个有发展性的训练计划的结构中,我们应当认清训练结构下主要发展区域内训练任务的分布情况。因此,训练的结构总体上取决于以下因素: (一)为建立数量上的负荷而进行的对训练主要与部分区域的安排。这也是为了主要训练区域内通过调节负荷,使训练负荷综合化。 (二)主要训练区域内比例的分布(如总体训练与专业训练的协调、技术发展与力量训练的结合等)。 (三)在单个训练区域内负荷参数(训练量与负荷强度)的不同水平。
