Fifty-eight patients with non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus were divided into normal group (group Ⅰ) and microalbuminuria group (group Ⅱ) according to urinary albumin excretion (24h). The levels of blood lipid, blood pressure, coronary heart disease And retinal microangiopathy differences. The results showed that the ratio of ApoA1, apolipoprotein A1 to apolipoprotein B100 in group Ⅱ was lower than that in group Ⅰ (P <0.05), and the incidence of coronary heart disease and retinal microangiopathy Was significantly higher (P <0.05). Correlation analysis showed that ApoA1, ApoA1 / ApoB100 values and high density lipoprotein (HDL) negative correlation with 24hUAE; systolic blood pressure and 24hUAE was positively correlated. Tip microalbuminuria and NIDDM lipid metabolism disorders and associated vascular disease.
