目的分析聚焦超声治疗外阴白色病变的临床疗效、安全性及病理观察。方法采用CZF型超声波治疗仪治疗外阴白色病变100例,观察治疗前后患者症状、体征及组织结构的病理变化、进行疗效评价。结果治疗后1个月、3个月、6个月、12个月、24个月复查随访,根据统一的临床疗效评价标准进行评定。总有效率95%。结论聚焦超声治疗外阴白色病变疗效显著、安全、无创、无不良反应和后遗症,可反复治疗。
Objective To analyze the clinical effects, safety and pathological findings of focal ultrasound in the treatment of white lesions of the vulva. Methods 100 cases of white lesions of vulva were treated with CZF ultrasonic therapeutic apparatus. The symptoms, signs and histopathological changes of the patients were observed before and after treatment. The curative effect was evaluated. Results One month, three months, six months, 12 months and 24 months after treatment were followed up and evaluated according to the unified clinical efficacy evaluation criteria. The total efficiency of 95%. Conclusions Focus ultrasound treatment of white lesions of vulva significant effect, safe, noninvasive, no adverse reactions and sequelae, can be repeated treatment.
