学者、书法家彭崇谷彭崇谷,男,1954年出生,湖南湘乡人。1982年毕业于湖南师范大学,并留校任教,曾任湖南省衡阳市委副书记、市长。现任湖南省委组织部副部长、省人力资源和社会保障厅厅长、省编办党组书记。系全国中华诗词学会副会长、中国楹联学会会员、中国书法家协会会员、中国楹联学会书法艺术委员会委员、湖南省诗词协会第一副会长、湖南省楹联家协会副主席,湖南大学、湖南师范大学客座教授,省教育科学研究院博士后导师。其诗词、楹联、书法气势磅礴、激情奔放,先后在《人民日报》《文艺报》《国
Scholar, calligrapher Peng Chonggu Peng Chonggu, male, born in 1954, Hunan Xiang people. He graduated from Hunan Normal University in 1982 and stayed in the school. He used to be deputy secretary and mayor of Hengyang municipal party committee in Hunan province.
