本文共用成年大鼠31只,将HRP分别注入顶叶、额叶或颞叶皮层,观察海马内标记细胞的分布。结果如下:(1)在背、腹海马的CA_1、CA_2和CA_3区内,可看到许多HRP标记的锥体细胞,呈双侧分布,但以同侧为多,对侧较少。然而,在CA_4区和齿状回区内,均未找到标记细胞。(2)在海马与颞叶皮层投射组中,海马CA_1-CA_3区内出现的标记细胞较海马-顶叶皮层投射组或海马-额叶皮层投射组的要多,但在后两组中,海马内的标记细胞无明显差异.由此表明,大鼠海马至顶叶、额叶和颞叶皮层有直接的传出投射。
In this paper, 31 adult rats were used to inject HRP into the parietal lobe, frontal lobe or temporal cortex respectively. The distribution of labeled cells in the hippocampus was observed. The results were as follows: (1) There were many HRP-labeled pyramidal cells in the CA_1, CA_2 and CA_3 regions of the dorsal and anterior hippocampus with bilateral distribution, but more on the ipsilateral side and less on the contralateral side. However, no marker cells were found in CA_4 and dentate gyrus. (2) In the hippocampus and temporal cortex projection group, the number of labeled cells in the hippocampal CA 1-CA 3 region was higher than that in the hippocampus-parietal cortex projection group or the hippocampal-frontal cortex projection group, but in the latter two groups, There was no significant difference in the number of labeled cells in the hippocampus, which indicates that there is a direct projection from the hippocampus to the parietal lobe, the frontal lobe and the temporal cortex.
