我们长庆油田采油一厂管理的安塞油田地处安塞、志丹、子长三县境内.地面环境艰苦,地下条件复杂,原油采出率低、单井产量低、吨油成本高,属全国少有的特低渗透油田.面对艰苦复杂的油田地面地下条件,我们始终坚持了思想政治工作为油田生产建设服务的原则,用大庆精神育人培养队伍,把艰苦奋斗的延安精神,作为培养队伍作风,战胜艰难困苦的法宝,使我厂的原油生产和经济效益始终保持了较好的增长势头.连续多年被延安地委、陕西省、中国石油天然气总公司评为“先进管理采油厂”,“思想政治工作先进单位”.1995年3月,总公司王涛总经理第二次来安塞油田现场办公,对于我厂的工作又给予了较高的评价.找准着力点,从思想教育入手,激发广大职工提高经济效益的责任感近几年来,我们从油田生产建设的实际出发,把思想政治工作的着力点放到促进原油生产任务的完成和经营目标的实现上,创造良好的本厂改革
