The Shanghai Urban-Rural Property Rights Exchange has been directly under the leadership of the Municipal Rural Party Committee, the Municipal Agricultural Commission, and the Management Committee of the Shanghai Stock Exchange in accordance with the requirements of “concentration, openness, impartiality, and standardization” since it was put into trial operation on April 20 this year. Next, under the concerted efforts of the relevant comprehensive departments, we took the first step of the Shanghai property rights transaction, and it has become the first property rights exchange in Shanghai that regulates operation and networking with the whole country. By the end of June, 472 listed companies were introduced through the exchange, including 370 in this city, 102 from other provinces and cities, and total assets.
