目的探讨西药管理在临床上的应用效果。方法将2014年3月~2015年3月实行管理前的40例西药处方作为对照组,将2015年3月~2016年3月实行管理后的40例西药处方作为观察组,比较管理前后西药的不合理应用情况。结果观察组不合理处方率为15.00%,明显低于对照组的37.50%(P<0.05)。结论对西药处方进行有效管理能够减少不合理用药问题,避免不良事件。
Objective To explore the clinical application of western medicine management. Methods Forty Western medicine prescriptions were administered from March 2014 to March 2015 as the control group. Forty western medicine prescriptions administered from March 2015 to March 2016 were selected as the observation group, and compared with the control before and after Western medicine Irrational application. Results The irrational prescription rate in the observation group was 15.00%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (37.50%, P <0.05). Conclusion The effective management of western medicine prescriptions can reduce the problem of irrational drug use and avoid adverse events.
