高等农业院校都设立标本园，承担作物育种学、作物耕作与载培学的实验教学与教学实习等教学任务，以及为科学研究提供亲本材料等种质资源。该校对如何以作物标本园为载体，实现标本园与教学、科研相结合，提高专业实验质量，作了有益的尝试。
