The socialist economic system with Chinese characteristics is an important part of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics. To build a more mature and formal system of institutions, we must first improve the socialist economic system with Chinese characteristics. According to the relevant statements of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the economic system with Chinese characteristics can be summarized as an economic system and a concrete system based on the basic socialist economic system. Specifically, with the goal of perfecting the socialist economic system with Chinese characteristics, the major tasks of deepening economic restructuring in an all-round way are as follows: First, we should perfect the basic economic system in which public ownership is the mainstay and various forms of ownership are developed together. Our country’s Constitution clearly states that the foundation of the socialist economic system of the People’s Republic of China is the socialist public ownership of the means of production. The state-owned economy, which is the socialist ownership of the whole people, is the dominant force in the national economy.
