目的:通过生物信息学方法预测和寻找Snai1的靶向作用miRNA分子。方法:通过生物信息学软件分析Snai1的靶向作用miRNA分子,再通过热力学稳定性评分和序列保守性评分,对所获得miRNAs分子进行分析,获得与Snai1结合特异性最好,稳定性最高的靶miRNA。结果:预测到有12个miRNAs可与Snai1结合;其中,miR-199a-5p、miR-410与Snai1结合的稳定性和特异性较好。结论:miR-199a-5p、miR-410可能是Snai1的靶miRNA。
OBJECTIVE: To predict and search miRNA molecules targeting Snai1 by bioinformatics methods. Methods: miRNA molecules targeting Snai1 were analyzed by bioinformatics software, and then the miRNAs molecules were analyzed by thermodynamic stability score and sequence conservation score to obtain the target with the highest specificity and highest stability to Snai1 miRNA. RESULTS: Twelve miRNAs were predicted to bind to Snai1. Among them, the stability and specificity of miR-199a-5p and miR-410 binding to Snai1 were better. Conclusion: miR-199a-5p, miR-410 may be the target miRNA of Snai1.
