当今社会,电脑设计在美术领域的运用越来越广泛。电脑设计的作品,不论是平面的,还是三维的,都与美术基础密不可分。电脑美术的特点是运用计算机应用技术来进行美术创作,这就决定了学习计算机目的是为了进行美术创作,所以计算机课程要为美术创作服务,要服从于美术课程的要求。它与美术课程是一种从属的关系。它不能独立于美术要求而存在,因为美术是它的灵魂,它必须服务于美术课程。在其教学过程中必须将计算机应用课程与美术课程进行整合,培养真正具备电脑美术专业素质的人才。
