采用国产干扰灵和进口干扰能治疗慢性乙型肝炎５５例，其中干扰灵３００万ｕ／ｄ，连续或间日共３月；干扰能３Ｏ０万ｕ／间日，共３月。治疗结束时ＨＢｅＡｇ及ＨＢＶ－ＤＮＡ转阴率分别为４４．４％和３９．２８％（Ｐ＞０．０５）。随访３－２４月，ＨＢ＿ｓＡｇ转阴率分别为１１．１％及７．１％，ＨＢ＿ｓＡｇ及ＨＢＶ－ＤＮＡ转阴率达５１．８５％和４６．４３％（干扰灵组有１例夏发）说明国产干扰灵与进口干扰能疗效相似，两组干扰素清除病毒的疗效均以、４ＬＴ≥１００ｕ／Ｌ比较＜１００ｕ／Ｌ者疗效高（Ｐ＜Ｏ０１）。
55 cases of chronic hepatitis B were treated with domestic interference spirit and imported interference, of which 3 million u / d were interfering with psychosis and 3 months were continuous or inter-day; and the interference energy was 30,000 u / day and 3 months in total. At the end of treatment, HBeAg and HBV DNA negative rates were 44.4% and 39.28%, respectively (P> 0.05). The HBsAg negative rates were 11.1% and 7.1% respectively after 3 to 24 months of follow-up. The negative rates of HBsAg and HBV-DNA were 51.85% and 46.43% The results showed that domestic interference spirit and imported interference can have similar curative effects. The curative effect of two groups of interferon virus removal were both higher than those with 4LT≥100u / L <100u / L (P <0.01).
