目的探讨婴幼儿脑性瘫痪脑干听觉诱发电位的变化。方法采用日本光电公司生产的 MEB~ 5304 K诱发电位测定 6~ 18月龄婴幼儿脑性瘫痪 68例,对照组 30例。结果脑干听觉诱发电位随着刺激强度减弱,阳性率增加,且发现脑瘫患儿主要为外周性听路损害, 75.34%为两侧性损害。结论脑干听觉诱发电位有助于早期发现脑瘫患儿存在的听力障碍。
Objective To investigate the changes of brainstem auditory evoked potentials in infants with cerebral palsy. Methods The MEB 5304 K evoked potentials produced by Japan Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. were used to determine 68 cases of cerebral palsy in infants and young children aged 6 ~ 18 months and 30 cases in control group. Results The brainstem auditory evoked potentials decreased with the intensity of stimulation, and the positive rate increased. The children with cerebral palsy were found mainly with peripheral hearing loss and 75.34% with bilateral lesion. Conclusions Brainstem auditory evoked potentials are helpful for the early detection of hearing impairment in children with cerebral palsy.
