目的通过对分散性为±1%探测器计量检定结果的分析,验证CTLD-J 4000型胸章式个人剂量计能否适用于不同能量的放射诊疗场所。方法根据《个人与环境监测用X、γ辐射热释光剂量测量(装置)系统》(JJG 593-2006)的要求,将准备的剂量计送至国防科技工业电离辐射一级计量站进行检定,分析结果。结果热释光剂量监测系统的线性、能量响应符合检定规程要求;通过确定剂量计不同槽内探测器计数比值,能够区分不同能量的光子,从而科学选择刻度因子,计算人员有效剂量。结论 CTLD-J4000型胸章式个人剂量计能够鉴别能量,适用于在不同能量放射诊疗场所的个人剂量监测工作。
OBJECTIVE To verify the CTLD-J 4000 chest-type personal dosimeter can be applied to different energy radiation treatment sites by analyzing the measurement results of ± 1% scatter detector. Methods According to the requirements of “X, γ Radiation Thermoluminescence Dosimetry (Device) System for Personal and Environmental Monitoring” (JJG 593-2006), the prepared dosimeter was sent to the first grade ionizing radiation station of National Defense Science and Technology for verification. Analysis results. Results The linearity and energy response of the thermoluminescent dose monitoring system met the requirements of the verification protocol. By determining the ratio of the detector counts in different troughs of the dosimeter, photons of different energies could be distinguished and scientifically selected to calculate the effective dose. Conclusion The CTLD-J4000 chest badge personal dosimeter is capable of discriminating energy and is suitable for personal dose monitoring in different energy radiotherapy clinics.
